Utilities

The City of Troy owns its utilities; which includes the Electric Department, the Water Department, Sewer Department, and the Billing Department.  This allows the City to provide unparalleled service and support to its citizens. Troy Utilities’ goal is to provide safe, efficient, and economical electric, water, and sewer to its 7,800 customers.

Office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (except for City Holidays).

For after-hours emergency Electric, Water, and Sewer issues such as power outages and broken water/sewer lines, please call (334) 566-0177.
