Passenger Information

Although PATS prides itself on reliability and punctuality, there are unavoidable variances in schedules at times.  Therefore, please be prepared for pick up 30 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time or for a 30 minute delay in pick-up.

Drivers are allowed to wait three to five minutes only.  If the van must wait for five minutes, it will leave without you and this will count as a “No Show”.  Please be prompt so the driver will be able to pick up the next passenger on time.

All passengers are encouraged to limit the size and number of personal items brought aboard the bus.

Under the seat: Passengers may store those parcels that fit entirely underneath the passenger’s own seat without protruding into the aisle or interfering with the seating or legroom of other passengers.

To ensure seating is available for all fare-paying riders, any personal item or parcel that occupies a separate seat or any part of a separate seat is considered to be occupying a paid space.

If a parcel is placed on an unoccupied seat next to the passenger, the passenger will be charged an additional fare equal to the standard adult passenger fare for that additional seat.
