Environmental Services
 The Environmental Services Department is responsible for maintaining the city of Troy’s beauty by keeping the city free of trash and debris. Public Works is comprised of approximately 48 employees, who work in numerous sub-departments such as mechanic, street, trash, right of way, cemetery and landfill. Each of these departments performs their various duties under the direct supervision of Environmental Services Director, Shelby Tuck.
