Departments

The City of Troy provides a full level of public services to its citizens, including administrative services, police protection, fire protection and 911 communications. The City also has state of the art parks & recreation facilities, and an outstanding municipal library. The City offers a variety of senior citizen services, along with community planning, building inspection, public works, utility, water and wastewater services.
