City Clerk/Treasurer

The City Clerk is committed to maintaining the integrity of city government in the City of Troy and ensuring an informed citizenry by providing access to City government through open and accessible meetings and accurate recording of the City Council proceedings; by protecting and preserving City documents and records; through the conduct of fair and democratic elections; and by providing excellent service to the public.

The City Treasurer is responsible for providing convenient, timely and accurate billing and collection of taxes and fees, receipt of all payments to the City, and investment of those funds so as to maximize the financial resources available to meet the needs of the City while complying with all laws governing the deposit and investment of said funds.
