This computer class is designed for the more advanced student who wants to learn more about a particular application, whether it be Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access. Now is the perfect time to broaden your horizons and sharpen your computer skills with some of our more advanced classes being offered at the Colley Senior Complex.

Beginning Computer

Beginning computer classes focus on teaching how to use the computer as a tool for practical applications. Classes are small and feature hands-on activities. Classes are for seniors with no previous computer experience and are designed to be enjoyable and “user friendly”. You will learn about how to use email, word, and the internet

Bible Study

This class is an interdenominational Bible study for the community. We offer a wide range of courses in classes throughout the United States and welcome people from all backgrounds and levels of Bible knowledge.

Bingo

Table games are so popular at the Colley Senior Complex and none more popular than Bingo. Community groups periodically come in and conduct bingo and award prizes to the winners. This is a fun and easy activity that anyone can participate in. Watch the announcement and calendar for schedule Bingo times.  Available Upon Request

Bridge

Duplicate bridge is the most widely used variation of contract bridge in club and tournament settings. It is called duplicate because the same bridge hand (i.e. arrangement of cards) is duplicated at most of the tables playing, in order to allow a fair comparison of playing skill and reduce “luck of the cards”. Each Monday the Colley Senior Complex hosts duplicate bridge. Come and join us for this challenging game.

Gardening

This seasonal activity is very popular among the members at the Colley Senior Complex. At the beginning of each session, the class determines the direction of the project for the season. Sometimes it’s an herb garden, sometimes a vegetable garden, sometimes annuals or perennials, but you can bet there is fun and learning going on during this class.

Singles Social

Calling all SINGLES!! This is a wonderful time to come and have fun and fellowship with other singles. This covered dish dinner is a tradition at the Senior Center. Every third Monday we get together to play games and have a good time.

Puzzle & Game Room

There is always a puzzle in progress in the Game Room at the Colley Senior Complex. Stop by at your leisure and add pieces to our puzzle. Relax your mind and fellowship with others. A variety of games including board games, electronic games, and the WII fitness are available for your use.
